Nick Anderson

Nick was born in Minneapolis and spent his childhood between there and Chicago. Living in historically significant houses, his love of homes started at an early age. He developed a passion for spaces that invoke emotion, and it ultimately led him to Miami University, in Oxford, OH, where he studied architecture and real estate.

Nick moved to California and spent several years working in architecture on single family homes, as well as large scale projects for Cuningham Group and Walt Disney Imagineering. He then decided to take his interest in buildings, combine it with his enjoyment of making people happy, and approach architecture from a sales perspective. Nick's background in residential design and construction gives him a strong appreciation for detail and well-designed living spaces. It also gives him a knowledge base that few other realtors have.

An avid outdoorsman, Nick loves to spend time in the great parks and escapes California has to offer. Outside of the states he has traveled to nearly every continent in the world; living in Australia, studying building practices in Ghana, designing resorts in South Korea, and vacationing in France and Argentina. His cultural experience and appreciation are first hand.
